 ip\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nThe one-day onsite Miami Soulful Education Training for c
 lergy\, professional staff\, and community leadership will be a “stand a
 lone” seminar providing an introduction to the Ayeka methodology in theo
 ry and practice. The goal is to help enable congregations in Greater Miam
 i to connect to an intimate\, meaningful Judaism through learning.\n\nThe 
 day will be divided into two 3-hour sessions (morning &amp\; afternoon\, w
 ith break for lunch).\n\nThe morning session will focus on how to frame a 
 soulful teaching moment before the actual teaching begins.\n\nPractical 
 “Takeaways” will include: \n\n	How to frame a class for any age group
 \n	How to frame a Dvar Torah and individual counseling sessions so as to i
 nvite the congregants to be open to personalizing the ideas\n\nThe afterno
 on session will focus on how to enable the congregants to personalize the 
 learning and bring the subject into their lives. We will focus on pedagogi
 c tools for continuing the educational process after the “teaching” is
  over. Ayeka posits that the most important educational moment of occurs a
 fter the teaching\, Dvar Torah\, or counseling is over.\n\nPractical “Ta
 keaways” will include:\n\n	How to learn a spiritual text spiritually\n	H
 ow to personally process the ideas of the texts\n	How to enable the partic
 ipants to bring the ideas into their lives.\n\nBoth the morning and aftern
 oon sessions will include a breakout into small groups for the participant
 s to practice ideas offered during the sessions.
