Run a Seminar - Independent Groups
Ayeka Seminars are ideal for small groups in family, friend, or community settings. They offer the opportunity to make new friends and to deepen existing friendships. Countless times we have heard participants remark “I’ve know him for years but we have never talked about this . . . We’ve been friends for a long time but now I feel we are discovering new parts of each other.”
Step 1: Contact Us. Someone who wants to set up an Ayeka Seminar should to discuss which of the seminars is the most appropriate.
Step 2: Train a Facilitator. Together we will discuss how to train a facilitator. The group could be run by one central facilitator, or they can adopt a rotating system of facilitation. Ayeka runs regional facilitator training programs throughout North America. There may already be Ayeka programs running in your area with which to consult.
Step 3: Publicize. Together we will discuss the best possible way to form a group. Ayeka has flyers and PR materials which can help streamline this process.
Remember:
• Ayeka personnel are always available for consultation and assistance.
• There is no cost to the institution to run an Ayeka Seminar. The only fees are for the participants, who simply register online.
