Rabbi Ari Schwarzberg is a Judaic Studies teacher at Shalhevet High School in Los Angeles.

Educational Approach: “To ‘Ayekaify’ our learning is a talking point among our faculty when we’re discussing goals, strategies, and student growth.”
School Programs: “Our shabbaton programming is now heavily, if not fully influenced by Ayeka’sgoals, strategies, and language.”
Staff Relations: “Internally, our Judaic faculty uses “Ayeka”as a way of introducing ‘realtalk’ when there’s a need to discuss issues that may be sensitive or personal.”
