Evaluation: Making a Difference

In 2014, Rosov Consulting Agency conducted a 6-month evaluation of 70% of Ayeka’s alumni involved in formal teaching. Over 90% of those interviewed said that the training:

• Impacted their teaching;
• Made them better listeners; and
• Made them more attentive to the needs of their students.

We continuously evaluate program satisfaction at two levels:

• Participants evaluate their Soulful Educator training after the formal course has concluded.
• Students of our alumni rate their classroom experience (helping us evaluate the impact of Soulful Education on the end recipient).
